Our Exclusive Process
The FitFirst System
Before a single panel of leather is cut, you receive a full textile garment made to your measurements. Try it on. Sit on your bike. Move through your full riding range. Tell us what needs adjusting. Only when the fit is perfect do we begin your leather suit.
Submit Your Measurements
Download and complete our measurement template (male or female version) and send it to us via WhatsApp or email. Our templates cover every measurement needed to build your garment — body, riding position, and fit preference. We will review your form and contact you within 24 hours to confirm or ask any questions.
Receive Your Textile Trial Garment
We manufacture a full fabric garment to your specifications. Sit on your bike. Crouch in riding position. Check reach to the bars, knee bend, shoulder movement. Photos or video on the bike are the most useful feedback we can receive.
Request Adjustments
Tell us what needs changing. Longer sleeve. Wider chest. More stretch at the back. We adjust the pattern until the fit is confirmed. This stage is what eliminates the common complaints about leather suit fit.
Final Leathers Cut to Final Measurements
Once your fit is confirmed at Stage 3, your pattern is locked and your leather suit goes into production against those exact, confirmed measurements. This is the only point in the process where leather is cut — nothing is committed to leather until everything before it has been checked and approved.
